Hello, and welcome. You've picked a good forum to join. Lots of information and support here. The longer you hang out, the more you'll learn--and feel encouraged.

So any suggestions on how I can stay on Atkins ?
Which Atkins book or plan are you using? The only "secret" to staying on Atkins is...stay on it. It takes anywhere from three days to three weeks to feel the increase in energy and well-being that cutting out the carbs provides. Meanwhile, you just have to make up your mind to do it. Some tips:

--Keep busy. If you are hungry, eat something.
--Drink a couple mugs of hot broth every day. Chicken or beef bouillon is fine.
--Don't skimp on fats. Eat bacon if you like it. Make salads or eggs with allowed dressings and mayo.

Not everyone has an "all or nothing" personality. However, for me, this one decision rules my life: No sugar. No starch.

So...keep it simple.

Best wishes.
