I kind of think those with more than 100 pounds they'd like to loose are lucky in a way. By that I mean there is usually a significant amount of time (for me now almost a year) to roll with the ups and downs and develop patience, and like you have 1791klm, different plans and approaches practiced before quickly getting to a goal weight saying, "Now what do I do?"
I'm glad you'll stick around in the TDC!
