Thanks Minicc!! My way of eating is trying to stick to meat and salad/spinach. Sometimes I eat blackberries, and apples with peanut butter are my weakness. I breakdown and eat these less and less nowadays. I guess I just need to get to working out and stick with it until my body adjusts!
Does working out and the increased hunger invoke cravings in anyone? Thanks
