How soon after starting a low carb way of eating should one begin working out again? I used to jog and do light weights. When I don't work out, I eat less and gain less. When I used to work out, I would eat like a pig and feel worse than if I didn't work out. I want to be low carb, have the energy to work out, and not need to stuff my face all day afterwards. Any suggestions?? Thanks
