Four solid days on plan under my belt. Feeling pretty good about that. Plans for today, cheeseburger with mayo dipping sauce for two meals, bowl of LC veggies with butter for snack, 2 BPC coffee and possibly a chocolate fat bomb, although I want to eliminate this, they did however help me get back on plan. Really had to up my fat and lower my protein to get there. Still learning.
