Yoga, Pilates, even Tai Chi (all adapted to your capabilities) can produce strength and flexibility. If you can't go to class, try a video. I've enjoyed videos from collagevideo.com for many years. Good descriptions and reviews there, and excellent service.
Good luck.

I do yoga and pilates at home 3-5 times a week. Plus swim, walk Ollie both outside and on the treadmill. Also do light weights at home 2-3 times a week.
I guess I was just looking for something new and interesting. I particularly liked what (I thought) it could do for arms and back.
Maybe I'll see if I can find a used one somewhere.
Also thinking about getting some Zumba DVDs (so I can shake and shimmy my BGB (black girl booty ) around the house. I'll make sure I close the curtains first )
