Anyone else still doing this?
I have been doing level 1 for 5 days(today will be 6)
Really enjoying.. but man oh man! It's tough eh! BUT its ONLY 20 mins soo totally manageable 
After just a few days I already see great results.. and can't wait to measure/weigh/take new pic at 30 day mark! |
