Default Ate me some wheat

I haven't had the pleasure of reading wheat belly yet, but I have read the blog, many reviews, listen to interviews, and heart what FatHead Tom Naughten had to say, and I was convinced to give up grains.

At the same time, I'm doing Atkins, and I'm now where near the time to try out grains.

Well, last night while awake feeding by new born son, I ate a hand full of pita chips, and this morning I ate a bis cut from McDonalds. I bought two Sausage biscuits, intending to just eat the sausage, but i was so damn hungry.

I don't usually do McDonalds for breakfast, but I had a early morning meeting and was worried id miss it. So I didn't make myself breakfast. I usually have a Minute Muffin (love those things) with cream cheese and salt.

I want to blame the sleep deprivation of caring for a new born killing my resolve, but he is too damn cute.

On the up side, I didn't break 100 carbs.

I'm just looking for some support.
