Actually you are following the "Potatoes Not Prozac" plan by eating low carb all day, then having a starch/carb before bedtime. It's supposed to increase serotonin production during the night, better sleep and dreams....I may try the oatmeal before bed too. But it's getting my carbs under control during the day that I need to focus on. Already off to a bad start today....but there's always tomorrow....
