Plumtired, I use Life-flo Progestacare. I know some ladies who really like Emerita Progest, but I tried it and found it too oily-feeling for my skin, although you might like it if your skin is dry. They both work well. John Lee has a list of what he considers good products in the back of his book that I checked when I first started buying the stuff.

BTW, I've been using it off and on for three years, and so far I haven't noticed any bad side-effects.
