Sue -- I totally agree with Murp. In fact, I am in "scale recovery" myself -- weighing myself daily was self defeating for me. How much I weighed in the morning totally decided what kind of day I had - I decided I had to break that cycle - so I am currently weighing myself once/wk hopefully soon to be twice/month. Don't sabotage yourself -- ditch the scales!
