Thanks Meme!

Dropped another almost 4 lbs as of yesterday. Didn't weigh today. I'll bloat again as I drink this weekend, so the progress will again be measured around next Thursday.

I'm going to call it 3lbs to be conservative about it. I last weighed in at 196.4lbs.

Getting closer to the 30 lb mark!
