Thank you so much for this great source of recipe knowledge in one spot. I found this once and didn't bookmark it and I couldn't find it. I just want to bump this up to the top for anyone else who is trying to come up with their Holiday menu. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet but there are a few that I have written down and can't wait to try. It usually takes me about 2 months to come up with the menu and I am already behind.
