We would be happy to help but as Greek mentioned, would need to know more. Which Atkins book are you following? Are your "net" Carbs from real food vegetables or Atkins bars? Etc. Look around the Newbie Advice and Threads, or the Atkins sub-forum and you will read advice to others who had problems starting.
