Hiya Floridadad I see you're still hanging in with us! I think maybe you and I and Toddy may be competing for who can stay "stalled" for the longest. Way I look at it: Being stalled at a weight higher than one's ultimate goal but at a significantly lower weight than where one started is like a thousand times better than regaining the lost weight! This is all just "maintenance practice" and we're doing great! Still friends, I say it's time we get the ball rolling again. Would love to hear what "tweaks" you're trying. My tweak this month is to give up artificially sweetened drinks cuz I've heard that too much of the artificial sweeteners can stall weight loss as one gets closer to goal.
