OK, let's report in. 1) How are you doing, 2) name at least one victory, and 3) tell us where you would like support right now.

1) I'm doing good. Wish the scale would budge, but 2) did see a half-inch drop in my right thigh (hoping the left followed suit! ) so I can't complain. Another good thing - I started an exercise program today with a personal trainer. Hoping that gets the tape measure moving. 3) I need to be held accountable with working out on my own (only seeing the trainer every 2-3 weeks).
