30 minutes a day will definitely help in your weight loss. Of course, the more the better, but anything is a big help. I have days where I cannot get enough exercise in, to suit my needs. However, I try my best to get in at least SOME exercise, even if it's climbing stairs more often at work or parking further in the parking lot.
