Perhaps u could try and persuade Tom to come down to London for a day out - 8th September: UK's First Ever LC Get-Together. Maybe if he is in a room with other LCers something in the conversation might hit home! U never know and I know how much this means to you. You could fit in the theatre in the evening and make it enjoyable? Worth a try.

I do know how you feel 'cos I am doing my best to persuade my family to go LC because they are all struggling with their weight but .... they'll only listen when they are good and ready.
