This way of thinking is what I am trying to adopt. Today I am making roasted duck with celery and onion. I do not think I will miss the potatoes, in fact I do not have the 'itch' to add them. In addition I am trying to adopt low carb with anti-inflammatory diet choices and it is challenging as any dairy sets me off.
