I suspect the 58% depends on the source of the protein. I notice if I have a meal based on dairy proteins (cheese, cottage cheese, ricotta, cream cheese), I get hungry in 2-3 hours, but if I get my protein from meat/fish/poultry/eggs I can go for 4-6 hrs without hunger even though these meals have the exact same calorie, carb, fat and protein contents. This dairy-induced hunger is the same feeling I get if I eat an extra 5-10g carbs per meal - a dull hunger and peckishness with growling stomach. So now I use cheese as more of a condiment, not the basis of a meal.
