I was sorry to see Bo said they did not have a good practice Monday. He sounded pretty disgusted. I sure hope he can shape them up by Sat. But at least they didn't go out and have somebody get hurt, like often happens about this time of season.

I'm doing prety good (if I do say so myself) with sticking to my walking the track almost daily. I generally do 1 1/1 mile at pretty good clip (well, for an ol' lady anyway).
