last week at the supermarket the lady who usually serves me told me that she cant work out how i have lost so much weight as she sees me buying the most fattening food in the store. Then she said that she was waiting for me to drop dead of a heart attact!

She is going to buy the Dr Atkins book after i told her that i was healthier than i have been for years! ( that and the breakfast cheesecake that i told her about was a deciding factor, oh and the coffee with REAL cream)
