Contacting Dr. Eades
Elle,
How did you contact Dr. Eades? Is there a protein power website or something where I can do more research? I'm just reading Protein Power now, and I am really understanding the way insulin works. I've been on and off the LC woe for at least 15 years now, but I've never really 'gotten" it.
Can you recommend any other sources of information?
