Sorry I can't help you out on this question but I'm very interested in what anyone else might have to say on the matter. My d/h and I love (quality) sausages and have resorted to making our own because we figured bought ones are too carby. I'd love to be able to buy 'quality' low carb sausages as it's a pain having to make them. I'll speak to my local butcher and see what he has to say. I certainly don't recall ever seeing any labelled gluten free.
