I have to avoid gluten, soy, sugar, citrus & casein. Most of these aren't induction foods, but casein is found in cheese. I can eat 3-4oz/day of low casein cheeses like Swiss (no "American" or cream cheese or "light" cheeses with added milk solids/higher casein). Not only have I managed to not stall, I've gotten below my 150 lb "set point" and been able to maintain for 7 mos & even lose more for the first time ever in 35 years of dieting.

Even if you are not intolerant of cheese, the salt in it and the fact that it can contribute to constipation may cause stalls.
