Hi all

I'm a 37 year old guy who has always struggled with my weight.

A couple of years ago I followed a strict Ketogenic diet and lost about 60lbs. I honestly thought my days of having food control me were over. But gradually i began to slip up, and eventually it became a vicious cycle of "cheating" then spending a few days getting back into Ketosis only to give in again.

I ended up getting so frustrated that I just gave in and now 2 years later, I'm as fat as I ever was and i know my eating is getting out of control again.

I know that Keto is too restrictive to be a permanent solution for me, but it has shown me exactly how carbs and sugar contribute to my weight problem.

So I'm going to try a different approach now, I am going to reduce carbs to a level where I know I will be able to maintain this way of eating for life, while still feeling the benefits of a Low Carb lifestyle.

I know the weight may not come off as quickly but i know from past experience (with Keto and various other "diets") that I need to do something that i can sustain for life.

So I'm ready to take the first steps.....
