It is for snickerdoodle cookies. I know - probably shouldn't be making cookies - but keeping some in the freezer for a someday will prevent me from grabbing the bad ones. And I'm trying to make stuff without a lot of chemical stuff that I don't have.

thanks!!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 cup artificial sweetener
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cream of
tartar
2 tablespoons artificial
sweetener
1 teaspoon ground
cinnamon

How To Prepare:
In a mixing bowl beat butter
with an electric mixer on
medium to high
speed for 30 seconds. Add
about half the flour, the 1
cup artificial
sweetenter, the egg, vanilla,
baking soda, and cream of
tartar. Beat
until thoroughly combined.
Beat in the remaining flour.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Combine the 2 Tbsp.
artificial sweetener and the
cinnamon in a small
bowl. Shape dough into 1
inch balls. Roll balls in the
AS-cinnamon mix
and place 2 inches apart on
an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350
degrees for 10 to 12
minutes.

Makes about 30 cookies.
