2 oz. shell on pumpkin seeds
1 oz. raw macadamia nuts
1 Tbsp. Udo's Oil
1 Americano

Green salad, 3 oz shrimp, 1 Tbsp. balsamic dressing

1 oz. raw almonds

10 prawns with lemon mayonnaise

8 rooster wings (huge mothers!) with hot sauce and lemon mayonnaise

2 oz. raw macadamia nuts
