I am just an obese man living in a smaller person's body. Some bad food decisions will send me right back to my former glory. I have not changed. I am still and will forever be a TDCer. But I have changed how I eat. If I stick to it I should be able to keep this smaller person's body for a while longer.

I too chose a goal weight that was just a number. 210 pounds. It was simply not to be obese by the BMI. I didn't really think I'd get there, so it didn't really matter what number I picked. But as I got closer I started to believe. I shot right past 210. I still don't know how low I should go. Where I'm at is working fine for me. A little smaller might be nice, too. How can I find out unless I try it on for size?
