I have no health issues or concerns after over a year of ZC.

I was not this way 13 months ago, I could barely get out of bed in the morning.

I buy my meat at the grocery store, I used to worry about all that O3 vs O6 stuff but I do not any more.

I take no supplements.

I have not felt this alive or as healthy as I do now... I have zero concerns about my ZC lifestyle
