Aaaarrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhh!

It's fasting Monday for me.

Today in the office there was a huge chocolate birthday cake for which we all sang the obligatory "Happy Birthday" and from which I walked away in virtue. This afternoon was a retirement cake for my boss with speeches and slices being passed around. I walked away from it too muttering "it's only food and it's all toxic sugar" over and over and over and over........

Some days are just harder than others. I did it. I'm hiding in my office. I'll like myself better later.
