Hello all
this is my 1st post to the Irish group,
I have done this before and lost about 2 stone but alas it has all come back
I blame the " the drink" and my lax attitude while " under the infulence"
I have just bought some atkins bars in Boots in Cork and maybe the will be a help in induction
I started last week at 17-8 lbs and weighing yesterday was 17-01
A good boost but I guess that is all water
what i am looking for is a suitable drink I use Diet 7up is that OK instead of water , I find the water hard work , and still have a few cups of tea with milk each day

so thats it over my 1st post
