Wellcome Maze,good luck on induction,I also restarted induction on Mon. as I felt I needed a jump start as I have been doing Atkins since Oct.,one word of warning though peanuts are not such a good idea on induction,also you must and I mean must drink more water then you think it is possible to dtink at least 3ltrs..Why do'nt you join our challange starting tomorrow night to lose a weight of your choice by Mayday, it is kinda like the weigh in at w.w..
