hey tish our goals are very similar you have a pound less than me to lose ,i see you have been lcing for a while,i am in my second week of induction and doin ok i think how long did you stay on induction? when do you aim to get to goal,i want to do it for christmas, doyou think im being too ambitious this is my first attempt at lc so any advice would be welcome
