Hi Jakz; you are winning each and every day you're staying OP, regardless of the scale. Since you eat 1200-1400 cals per day, try switching it up and eating a couple days per week of higher LCHF food intake. It keeps our body guessing. Science hasn't yet been able to understand all the interplay between women's hormones during menopause and what it does to our metabolism. You are going to get through this. I was just talking to my best girlfriend long distance on the phone last night and she's going through the same thing. She's right in the thick of menopause and it's not easy. That's why I love CityGirl's advice. Go easy on yourself and just keep doing what you're doing, eating OP one day at a time.
