Hi quaversave, I agree with the others, get on a plan and celebrate the loss you've had so far. As for the recipes, I use this site http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/ and this site https://www.atkins.ca/. I really like the cauliflower mac and cheese on the Atkins site.
I'm not a very creative cook, though, so maybe the others can help you more than I can.
