Default rice?~! and how i fell off the wagon.

so yesterday i was making my family rice & beans (organic basmatti and black beans) and i decided to have a bit. bad mistake. it made me feel sooo hungry..when i woke up i was craving carbs. i ate a bowl of rice for breakfast (bad i know!) after my good smoothie . then i totally fell off the wagon and ate something sugary this evening... 2 weeks sugar free F&$*ed up. ARG!
i hadn't had a single craving in the 2 weeks since i decided i was going to do this ...it really amazes me how your body takes over (or mind?) when you give it carbs...

tomorrow im going back to no sugar or grains.. i guess in a way it was a good reminder that even in small amounts carbs (other than some veggies) are bad for me...yikes....
