Day 1, Week 2 of my Bodylogix workout
Workout was a combination of Bowflex, dumbbells and stability ball. Exercises were:

Hip raise
Seated leg extension
Machine chest press
Stability ball hamstring curl
Seated row
Dumbbell shoulder press
Bicep curls
Triceps extension
Crunches

Also climbed 12 flights of stairs this afternoon with my coworkers.
