Default Hi From Alberta!

Where I get a majority of my low carb food:
Costco (meat, cheese)
Bulk Barn (almond flour, depending on price)
Superstore (Veggies)
Walmart: Pork Rinds...no one else here in Edmonton carries them anymore

As for eating out, it can be a bit of a crapshoot...

McDonalds, I usually get one of their 'build your own burger' Cheese, mayo, mustard, onions, pickles and get them to put it on a lettuce wrap. And a large Coke Zero.

Boston Pizza, Their boneless wings...a bit pricy, but it's all meat.

Online purchases: Haven't really bought anything online at all.

You can get shiritaki noodles at the larger Asian stores like T&T supermarket

what do you think about making help posts to answer the original question for us who are on low carb diets in canada? like
- where to buy what you need and the brand name ?
- what can you eat out resturant name and the good choices at it?
- online web sites or nutrition shop and the supplement we need ?

some thing like those question will help all of us specially the new ones like me
