well day 7 passed; start of a new week and thinking about adding the mega minerals they sent me (free trial), I guess it is used instead of a multi vit., active enzymes say to take with meals to help digestion, and not sure I forget what the oxygen elements do. I was planning on adding 1 at a time ea. day to see how it effects me. does anyone elese use other things with 3lac?
