What are you hoping to achieve with your exercise? If it's weight loss, the LCHF diet itself is the main driver of that in my experience.

As someone who still finds any sort of sustained physical movement challenging - with the exception of walking - my current aim with exercise is just to settle on a routine that's simple enough to make me want to come back tomorrow and do it again.

Perhaps for you too it's just a matter of finding that sustainable level and getting into the routine of maintaining that first before pushing too hard?
