Hi Ouzogirl, it didn't go well. The egg died the next day.

The mini potocol, I remember taking a pill, starting Monday, sapposed to take them daily for 2 weeks. That of course didn't happen, I started the shots (don't remember the drug) on day 3 of the Clomatin and on day 5 went in for my first ultrasound and blood draw. It ended up bying my last because my body over responded and they had to slow things down and take the eggs 5 days early.

They did offer to do a round of the full IVF, the DR thought scertain drugs would work better with me. He said what happened to me is a rarety with the Mini IVF. They offered to do round #2 with us only having to pay hospital costs and medications. Were still looking at another $8,000 for a second go round.

I will do it again if it can be afforded, I just don't know how we will swing it.
