Cool! I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem and that there's a good solution. I'm not sure about my balance being better with my heels on plates, but I'll give it a shot and try without weights first! Otherwise I can just seem myself twisting an ankle with a bar on my shoulders. ouch!
