Hey, if you're doing PP then 22 carbs for a meal is out of the question (unless I'm missing something or you're in a different phase? I thought it was 7-10 per meal to start).
My first inclination is always to have "real food" as much as possible, but I respect meal replacements for use when it'd be either that or starving. I'd find one a bit more suited to the balance of PP, though. Good luck!
