I stopped the Oregano, did it for 3 weeks, sorry for panicky message, very frustrated. I'm feeling better, I think the Oregano killed off some candida, but was a little hard on my already taxed liver. I'm trying some gentler methods and I'll probably add back Oregano but not so intensive. Thanks for your help.
