Exactly my thinking, to target inflammation, the source.
I've been using a list of foods that cause inflammation and now I think I'm going to stop using my cast iron skillet and possibly will limit my intake of liver due to the iron since I just read that excess iron increases inflammation.
I also consume vegetables which I believe helps reduce inflammation.
