its just a different version of what Dr eades suggests in that blog post,

23/1 IF = choose 1 hour in the day that your allowed to eat, like 5pm-6pm, then within that hour try to eat all your daily calories. keeping it low-carb ofcourse.

then, for rest of 23hrs until tomorrow 5pm-6pm, you drink only water/black coffee, tea without milk/suger etc. NO DIET SODA.
