I use Atkins' drinks and bars also ususally for breakfast. But quite frequently I am not in the mood for a 'sweet' tasting meal. I've found something new for me which is to freeze a bottle of water and as it melts place the new Crystal Light to go into it. This helps me get my water in....Does any place in Memphis carry Carbquik.
