I had hot flashes for about 10 years then they went away for about 9 years. This summer they have come back with a vengeance. I have to take a large cotton dinner napkin everywhere I go as the moment I start to feel warm my face become drenched! The rest of my body seems to not have a problem. No problems at night either.
