The only thing I can add is that how our bodies work is a mystery, and every BODY is different. LC isn't really one-size-fits-all. Commit and study and use the rules as a structure inside which you find what works for you.

One last thing: Statistics show that weight loss for men is 1 Million times easier than weight loss for women, so please don't compare your pounds lost with that of others, especially of the male persuasion.
